We value our dealers and customers, striving always to provide prompt,
professional service should a problem arise with any Elite Vision product
we sell. We also provide parts and service for AmPro and Kloss
Novabeam Projectors, as well as Sanyo, Fujitsu, Telex and Christie
(Electrohome) LCDs; We are authorized LG and JVC servicers as well.
Elite Video's
service staff includes former AmPro and Kloss Novabeam
engineering and technical personnel, so we are uniquely qualified to
understand, evaluate, repair and refurbish these units. Elite Video also
has on hand the largest selection of hard-to-find parts for these
projectors, and is able to offer prompt, courteous services for these
models at a fraction of the cost.
In addition to
repair services, Elite Video can also perform expert preventative
maintenance. For example, today's bright, compact LCD projectors cool their
lamps and electronics with fan-forced, filtered air. With use, a
projector's filters may become clogged with dirt and reduce air
circulation. The projector may overheat. Dust particles may adhere to the internal
optics and be visible as smudges on the screen. These particles may even
"bake on" to the LCD panels. Fortunately, all these problems can
be easily avoided - with relatively inexpensive periodic maintenance.

Need an extended
warranty?
Have you purchased an off-brand model, or do you want the peace of mind of
not having to worry about your long-term TV reliability. We provide 3- and
5-year in-home extended warranties for your home theater audio and video
products through Mack Camera (www.mackcam.com). Contact us for
prices and details, as cost of this warranty is related to your purchase
price. You need not have purchased through Elite Video, but must register
for this warranty within 30 days of purchase.
Elite Video's
standard service policy is:
- 1-3 years limited
warranty for projectors (model dependant)
- 90 days warranty for
parts and repairs
- Extended warranty
available for all products
